CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access was not at least 28 inches wide at all points when there was only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge. The width of the exit and exit discharge was not equal to the width of the exit access; employees could be trapped in an area exposing them to smoke inhalation, burns and possible death. a) 15 Thatcher Road, Dayton, NJ 08810. The employer allowed his employees to work in the warehouse when the accesses to Emergency Exits were not at least 28 inches wide at all points. Condition occurred on or about 09/11/14.
