29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: Ski lift Towers: The employer did not produce a written certification of a workplace hazard assessment. Mechanics positioned in the workbasket (bucket men) were exposed to head injuries when lift maintenance work was performed above. The employees were exposed to falling objects such as, but not limited to, sheaves, a chain hoist come along and tools.
