29 CFR 1910.23(b)(8): (8) Ladders are used only for the purposes for which they were designed; a) On or about April 16, 2018 at 4301 W Wisconsin Avenue Sp. #432 in Appleton, employees were using a folded step ladder to access/egress a storage loft area ten and one half (10.5) feet above surface level. b) On or about April 16, 2018 at 4301 W Wisconsin Avenue Sp. #432 in Appleton, employees were accessing a storage loft at ten and one half (10.5) feet above surface level without any grab-rails extending above the upper landing surface; a ten (10) ft. step ladder was provided to access/egress the loft.
