29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: On or about 07/11/2018, and employee walking outside of a vehicle auction building was struck by and then run over by an SUV that was exiting the building. The employer allowed employees to travel freely near vehicular traffic and had not provided a safe means of traveling within the worksite.
