29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i): Where exposure monitoring was required under 29 CFR 1926.1101, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were or potentially were exposed: a) Vehicle Maintenance Facility, 600 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23501: On or about July 18, 2018, and times prior thereto, the employer did not perform exposure monitoring for employees that performed Class IV asbestos work, including dry sweeping or other dry clean-up of dust and debris following removal of asbestos-containing flooring material, exposing employees to asbestos-related hazards.
