29 CFR 1926.150(a)(4): Defective firefighting equipment was not immediately replaced: A. On or about July 30, 2018, 11 Thompson Road, East Windsor, CT rooftop jobsite: The Amerex ABC portable fire extinguisher available for use by employees using flammable materials had been discharged and not replaced with a fully charged extinguisher. Employees working at the site were exposed to flammables, including, but not limited to: gasoline, acetone, Weathered Membrane Cleaner containing naphtha, and Sarnacol 2170 VC Membrane Adhesive containing butanone, toluene, xylene and ethylbenzene.
