29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in the activities covered by this section: a) Sun Mountain, Inc. at 140 Commerce Road, Berthoud, Colorado: On or before October 16, 2018, the employer did not utilize procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in the activities covered by this section. The employer did not ensure that employees utilized lockout/tagout procedures for equipment such as, but not limited to, the Hendrick Beam Saw, when changing tooling and cleaning this equipment. These conditions exposed employees to laceration, amputation, and electrical hazards.
