OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) Work site near Ochlocknee River in Thomasville, GA - On or about May 20, 2019 while cutting brush along the river employees were exposed to struck-by, lacerations, and amputation hazards while using metal blades on Stihl FS 91R Trimmers, that were not approved for use by the manufacturer.
