29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain an accident prevention program as may be necessary to comply with this part: On or about July 5, 2019, the employer failed to initiate and maintain an accident prevention program when employees were involved in residential construction activities including, but not limited to, re-siding and re-roofing the entryway overhangs for apartment buildings. The employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the worksite or provide training for employees. Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from an elevated surface with fall protection, scaffold, and ladder deficiencies present.
