29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii). On or about February 13, 2020, at the New Sherman High School Project, employees directed to perform masonry activities on welded framed scaffold platforms that were not fully planked were exposed to an approximately18 feet fall hazard.
