29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a.) On and after April 9th, 2020 at 91-31 175th Street, Jamaica, NY 11432 The employer failed to develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees (i.e. Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses and Housekeeping Staff) who are required to wear tight-fitting N95 particulate respirators (3M Healthcare Particulate Respirator and Surgical Mask N95 1860S, Moldex Health Care Particulate Respirator and 3M Healthcare Particulate Respirator and Surgical Mask, N95 1860) while performing job duties such as but not limited to providing care to suspected and confirmed COVID-19 positive nursing home residents.
