29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Unit Two South, 99 Mulford Road, Lafayette, NJ, 07848. The employer failed to develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), required to wear N95 respirators and/or respirators labelled as KN95 while providing care for residents under investigation and/or confirmed as COVID-19 positive. Violation occurred on or about 4/28/2020 and thereafter.
