29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) The employer failed to develop a written respiratory protection program for employees who were required to wear N95 respirators to protect them from exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 virus known to cause COVID-19. On or about May 6, 2020, the employer required employees to don N95 respirators when they worked on the COVID-19 Resident Isolation Floor. On or about July 1, 2020, the employer expanded required N95 respirator use to all staff throughout the facility.
