29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix)with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Beginning on or about May 1, 2020 through June 9, 2020, employees were required to wear 3M Model 8511HDX N95 respirators for protection from exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 virus when performing tasks such as, but not limited to, feeding, bathing, maintaining continence, inserting and maintaining IV's, and conducting assessments for suspected or confirmed COVID-19 positive residents. The employer did not establish and/or implement a written respiratory protection program with work-site specific procedures which include the provisions defined in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i)- 1910.134(c)(i)(ix). Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
