29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Mt. Bethel Management Company, LLC, dba Mt. Bethel Village, 130 Mt. Bethel Rd., Warren, NJ: The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite procedures for employees such as Direct Support Staff who were required to wear N95 respirators. Employees were evaluating, caring for, and treating suspected and confirmed COVID-19 residents. Violation occurred on or about 4/8/2020 and after. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
