29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Worksite, 378 Syosset Woodbury Road, Woodbury, New York 11797: On or about May 8, 2020, and continuing thereafter, the employer failed to develop and implement a written respiratory protection program. Mechanics who were provided and required to wear N-95 respirators while performing maintenance work such as but not limited to bed repairs, lounge chair repairs, and minor electrical and plumbing work in rooms occupied by suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patients. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
