29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite-specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Highland Park Nursing & Rehab Center, LLC dba Aperion Care Highwood located at 50 Pleasant Avenue, Highwood, IL 60040. On or about August 17, 2020, and at times thereafter, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). The employer required employees to wear respirators, including but not limited to, when there were suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 residents and/or staff at the facility. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
