29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Womack Army Medical Center located at 2817 Reilly Road, Fort Bragg, NC 28310 On or about August 20, 2020, the agency did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). The agency required employees to wear respirators throughout their shifts while exposed to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 patients.
