29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge: a) On or about 09/30/2020, at the residential construction site, employees working at heights of approximately 26 feet on a flat residential roof were exposed to fall hazards due the warning line erected at the roof edge.
