29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(iii): The written program did not contain fit test procedures for tight-fitting respirators: On or about November 25, 2021 and at times prior, the written respiratory protection program did not contain fit test procedures to be used for tight-fitting respirators. The employer required the employees to wear N-95 or CleanSpace Halo tight-fitting air purifying respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 patients.
