29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Bluebird Medical Enterprises LLC, located at 1602 East Starr Avenue Ste. A, Nacogdoches, TX 75961: On or about December 9, 2020, and times thereafter, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). The employer required employees to wear respirators during their shifts while exposed to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 patients.
