29 CFR 1910.502(h)(1):The employer did not ensure that each employee is separated from all other people by at least 6 feet when indoors unless the employer can demonstrate that such physical distancing is not feasible for a specific activity (e.g., hands-on medical care). This provision does not apply to momentary exposure while people are in movement (e.g., passing in hallways or aisles). Medical Records Office: 801 S. Unvaccinated employee(s), including Release of Information Specialist(s), spend in excess of 15 minutes per shift, in close proximity of approximately 4' 5", with customers, during the course of the shift, performing tasks such as, but not limited to, handling medical records' requests from government agencies, answering phones, billing, and customer service at the window. Medical records staff did not physically distance at all times, to the extent possible, when providing customer service at the service window. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
