29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a)Forest Products Distributors, Inc. at 5406 Old Folsom Road, Rapid City, SD 57703: On or about and at times prior to May 12, 2022, the employer did not ensure that fixtures, switches, machinery and lighting were kept free from dust accumulations in such depths that they can present explosion, deflagration or other fire hazards in the Pellet Mill building. This condition exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
