29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) Highway 82 West, County Road 286 - On or about October 13, 2022, at storage bin numbers 1 and 2, the employer did not have a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear a Comfort Air Half Facepiece respirator during loading and unloading soybeans, exposing employees to a respirator hazard.
