29 CFR 1910.147(c)(3)(i): The tagout device used on an energy isolating device, which was capable of being locked out, was not attached at the same location that the lockout device would have been attached: (a) On or about December 29, 2022, the Kasuga milling machine, had a red, out of service, tag affixed to one of its adjustment wheels and not to an energy isolating device.
