On or about September 9, 2023, the employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s), including but not limited to lead exposure, applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury while performing abrasive blasting tasks, cleanup activities and abrasive blasting enclosure movement and removal where lead containing coatings or paint are present.
