29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: a) Utility room (wastewater and DI water) for Clean Line area Piping installed about 1 foot above the floor surface created a tripping hazard along the exit route from the wastewater treatment area. Violation occurred on or about 11/20/14.
