29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: Ski lift Towers: Mechanics positioned in the workbasket (bucket men) were not protected from head injuries when lift maintenance work was performed above. Employees were exposed to falling objects such as, but not limited to, sheaves, a chain hoist come along and tools.
