29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments. a) On or about May 30, 2018 and at times prior thereto an employee was working within 4.5 inches away from a charged electric fence where electrical training was not conducted to enable the employee to identify and avoid electrical hazards.
