29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite: A. On or about July 30, 2018, 11 Thompson Road, East Windsor, CT rooftop jobsite: Where more than 5 gallons of flammable liquids, including gasoline, acetone, Weathered Membrane Cleaner containing naphtha and Sarnacol 2170 VC Membrane Adhesive conaining butanone, toluene, xylene and ethylbenzene were used, no fire extinguishing equipment was provided within 50 feet. One discharged Amerex ABC portable fire extinguisher was present on the roof.
