Hoisting operations in steel erection were not pre-planned to ensure that the requirements of �� 1926.753(d) were met: (a) On August 25th, 2018 and at time prior the employees were exposed to struck-by hazards where the employer failed to pre-plan all hoisting operations before commencing steel erection work in the vicinity of 72nd Avenue NW & 38th Street NW in Parshall, North Dakota.
