29 CFR 1910.37(b)(1): Each exit route was not adequately lighted so that an employee with normal vision can see along the exit route. a) Exit next to the extractor: On or about September 27, 2018, and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure that that exit doors lighting was installed when the exit door did not have emergency lighting installed. In case of fire or other emergency requiring evacuation, employees were exposed to entrapment, burns, and smoke inhalation hazards.
