29 CFR 1926.651(j)(1): Adequate protection was not provided to protect employees from loose rock or soil that could pose a hazard by falling or rolling from an excavation face. The employer is failing to protect employees from struck by hazards associated with working in trenching and excavations. This was most recently documented on or about January 11, 2019 at or near Stable Road, Saint Louis, MO 63110, Loose rocks and clumps of compacted soil were not removed from the edge of the excavation.
