29 CFR 1910.266(i)(3)(iii): The employer did not provide training for each employee, including supervisors, in the recognition of safety and health hazards associated with the employee's work tasks, including the use of measures and work practices to prevent or control those hazards: a) On or about May 2, 2019, at 10539 Durmast Dr., Baton Rouge, LA; an employee entered a hazardous work area, where there was a potential for falling tree limbs, without training on the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions.
