29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: The employer is failing to protect its employees from electrical hazards. The condition was most recently observed on and before 6/27/2019, at 304-316, #12, Waterside Drive, Grover, MO 63040. The employer permitted their employees to use an orange extension cord to charge battery packs, with a missing ground prong. The employees were exposed to an electrical hazard.
