29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in used: (a) On or about March 11th, 2019, and at times prior, an employee of Basin Concrete, Inc. was exposed to corrosives & caustic chemicals including, but not limited to hydrochloric acid while moving rig equipment in the vicinity of Boulder Federal 11-4H1 & Steel Federal 9-24H near Watford City, North Dakota.
