29 CFR 1910.30(c)(3): (3) When inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee no longer has the requisite understanding or skill necessary to use equipment or perform the job safely. Furnace, pollution control, baghouse collection silo, truck receiving pit - on or about September 17, 2019, baghouse attendants were exposed to at least 9-foot fall hazards when performing dust loading tasks on top of trailers without use of fall protection/prevention systems ensured. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
