29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who was required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart: On or about November 19, 2019, employees were exposed to a fall hazard when working on top of a Feed Delivery Truck, approximately 11 feet above the ground, and the employer did not provide fall protection training prior to the exposure.
