29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) The employer failed to develop a written respiratory protection program for employees who were required to wear N95 respirators to protect them from exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 virus known to cause COVID-19. On or about April 16, 2020, the employer did not establish a written respiratory protection program when N95 respirators were required to protect staff who provided care to residents who displayed COVID-19 symptoms and/or were known to be COVID-19 positive.
