29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator a) At the facility - 550 Jessup Road, Paulsboro NJ 08066. The employer provided and required the use of N95 respirators at the facility. The employer did not provide a qualitative or quantitative fit test for the employees, including but not limited to Registered Nurses (RNs) and Housekeeping staff, prior to requiring the use of the respirators.
