29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator. a) On or about 04/16/2020 and thereafter, Hunterdon Care Center required employees (Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Activity Assistants) who provided direct care to suspected and confirmed COVID-19 patients to wear tight-fitting N95 respirators (e.g., Gerson 2130, Gerson 1730, 3M 9210/37021, 3M 8511, 3M 8210, and 3M 1860). The employer failed to ensure that all employees who were required to wear respirators were fit tested prior to using the respirators. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
