29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee using tight-fitting facepiece respirators was not fit tested annually. a) At Orzac Center for Rehabilitation, on or about 3/31/2020: An EVS employee that was required to don a N95 respirator while working in COVID-19 patient rooms but was not fit tested since 2018. Abatement certification must be provided for this item.
