29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator or annually refitted: a) Northern Wing Subacute COVID Unit located at 1501 State Hwy 33, Hamilton Square, NJ 08690: On or about 5/6/2020, the employer failed to fit test employees prior to the required use of respirators. The employer required employees to wear N95 (3M 1860, Medline 24506 and 24507, and Inovel 3000 N95) filtering facepiece respirators when providing care to residents with suspected and confirmed cases of COVID-19.
