29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Alameda Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, located at 303 Elm Street, Perth Amboy, NJ: On or about 4/23/2020 and continuing thereafter, Licensed Practical Nurses were required to wear N95 respirators when providing direct care to suspected or confirmed COVID-19 positive residents. Respirator fit testing was not performed for employees required to wear N95 respirators prior to initial use of the respirator.
