29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: a) Work Site: 434 Rockaway Valley Road, Boonton, NJ and at the Corporate Offices at 501 Division Street, Boonton, NJ. The employer did not provide safety data sheets for employees who were exposed to the central nervous system depressant as well as the eye, skin and respiratory irritants found in Gardner Foundation & Roof Coating when applying it to the foundation walls. Violation observed on or about 10/01/2014.
