29 CFR 1926.1153(e)(1)(ii): Respiratory protection was not provided for tasks not listed in Table 1, or where the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection described in Table 1: a. On or about May 4, 2018, the jobsite located at 103 Granger Lane, Panama City Beach, Florida, the employer used a stationary 12-inch double bevel sliding compound miter saw to cut exterior fiber-cement board and had not required employees to use respiratory protection. The employer had not fully and properly implemented the engineering and work practice control methods as described in Table 1.
