29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) On or about March 11th, 2019, and at times prior, an employee of Basin Concrete, Inc. was exposed to corrosives & caustic chemicals including, but not limited to hydrochloric acid while moving rig equipment in the vicinity of Boulder Federal 11-4H1 & Steel Federal 9-24H wellsite near Watford City, North Dakota.
