29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan. On or about October 12, 2019, on the Hard Rock Hotel construction site at 1031 Canal St., New Orleans, LA, the employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control program for mason work such as but not limited to cement mixers and cinderblock cutters. This condition exposed employees to health hazards such as but not limited to silica and suffocation hazards.
