29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Emergency Department - 300 Central Ave., East Orange, NJ The employer did not provide fit tests for employees, including physician assistants and nurse practitioners who were provided and required to wear N95 respirators while caring for COVID-19 positive patients and COVID-19 patients under investigation. Violation occurred on or about 4/20/2020 and thereafter.
