Beginning on or about May 1, 2020 through June 9, 2020, nursing home staff were required to wear N95 (3M Model 8511HDX) respirators to protect them from exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 virus when performing tasks such as, but not limited to, feeding, bathing, maintaining continence, inserting and maintaining IV's, and conducting assessments for suspected or confirmed COVID-19 positive residents.
